Coaching

Tailored to suit you

The approach I take to coaching is by no means a one size fits all approach.

Not everyone can or wants to do CrossFit…
A rugby player shouldn’t train like a bodybuilder…
A busy mum needs a plan that she can fit around the kids’ routine….
A long distance runner should target their training to reduce their chance of injuries…
A beginner shouldn’t be thrown in the deep end and made to do endless hours of HIIT…

I will create a program with training techniques that suit you, your anatomy and physiology, your goals and your current lifestyle too.

What to expect

Get in touch via the Contact page and then we can go through the following…

Finding your ‘why’

A call or a get together. Let’s meet and talk about what you hope to achieve and why you want me to be your coach.

Consultation session

I’ll assess your body’s cardiovascular fitness, mobility, flexibility and strength. We’ll also take your measurements.

Short and long term goals

Together, we will set realistic short-term and long-term goals and discuss how you’ll achieve them. I will help to keep you accountable every step of the way.

A program made for you

Using the information I have gathered from you, I will design a suitable program split across an agreed time frame.

Nutritional advice

Forget fad diets or social media trends. I will help you understand exactly what foods YOU need to train effectively, whilst also reaching your goals and maintaining good health. I don’t believe in strict diets. Instead I believe in remaining consistent with calorie intake and output, without completely stripping out the foods you love. After all, food is there to be enjoyed too!

Time slots

We will decide on a regular time slot for you to have your sessions; this will help you build a consistent routine.
