Who am I?
I’m Will, a London-based personal trainer and over the past six years, I’ve helped a multitude of people hit their health and fitness goals – and stick to them long term.
I’ve always had a passion for sports and over the years I’ve practised football, boxing, netball, CrossFit and handball. Driven by my desire to improve my sporting performance, I pursued a degree in Sport & Exercise Science at London South Bank University. I then continued my studies and gained a Level 4 Personal Training qualification.
With my scientific knowledge and more than 13 years of personal and professional training experience under my belt, I have learnt, and continue to learn, that everybody’s approach to training and nutrition will differ. What works for one person may not work for another.
Thanks to my ability to hone in on an individual’s specific needs, I’ve established a wide range of clientele; busy business individuals, former pro athletes, office workers and busy mums.
I help people lose weight, get fitter, get stronger, and even prepare them mentally and physically for an array of fitness-based challenges. Perhaps you want to compete in a boxing match? Or run your first marathon without getting injured?
I have also built up a large female client base- maybe growing up with three sisters armed me with some extra knowledge!
When it comes to women’s bodies there are hormonal elements to consider such as the menstrual cycle, pregnancy and the menopause. I factor these into your personalised training schedule.
Training, along with a healthy, balanced diet targeted plays a crucial part in my life; it helps improve my focus, concentration and productivity; it helps to lower my stress, boosts my sleep and it keeps me fit, strong and lean.
